How to protect my apartment in Ukraine from unlawful transfer?
We monitor the State Register of Property Rights, and at any attempt to change the owner we promptly take action. We also recommend placing an encumbrance that blocks transactions without your personal involvement.
Can a foreigner buy real estate in Ukraine?
Yes, foreigners have the right to buy real estate in Ukraine (except agricultural land). We support such transactions and help with formalising all necessary documents.
