Frequently asked questions
Is this really 100% free? What's the catch?
Yes, completely free. No hidden payments, prepayments or commissions. This is a social initiative of the Bar Association "Zahist" to support Ukrainians in Europe.
Who is eligible?
Citizens of Ukraine staying in any EU country. A Ukrainian passport or a temporary protection document is required (Aufenthaltstitel §24, PESEL UKR, vízum strpění etc.).
How long does it take to prepare the response?
An email with the consultation usually arrives within 1–2 hours. If your situation requires deeper analysis, a lawyer will additionally contact you.
Which language will the response be in?
Ukrainian by default. On request we can prepare it in English, German, Polish, Czech, Dutch, French or Finnish.
What happens to my personal data?
Your data is protected by attorney-client privilege. It is not shared with third parties. We comply with GDPR and national data protection laws.
