Migri — from temporary protection to citizenship
Migri (Maahanmuuttovirasto) is the Finnish Immigration Service. Most Ukrainians hold temporary protection, which has been extended. Routes to stable residence include an oleskelulupa (residence permit) based on employment, study, or family, the Startup Visa, and Pysyvä oleskelulupa.
