PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

In accordance with Part 2 of Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, installing the "еАдвокат" mobile application, and equally with this, registering on the website zahist.lawyer (regardless of which page of these websites) constitutes acceptance of this offer, which is equivalent to concluding an agreement on the terms set forth below in the text, as well as the provisions of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy regulates the features of the Customer's processing of Clients' personal data.
